Description |
A 45-km reach of the River Danube between Dunaszekcső and the Serbian border. Both permanently flooded and well-drained flood-plains support ancient forests, plantations, backwaters and reedbeds (Phragmites). Human activities include fishing, angling, navigation and hunting. |
