Description
In Hungary the Corncrake breeds primarily in wet sedge meadows in floodplains and in hayfields and weedy patches on hillsides. Has severely declined, but the population strongly fluctuates according to water conditions. The largest population occurs in the Bodrogköz area. Migrant (April-September).

43 Aggtelek karst and Bódva valley
