Description

The lake is situated along the stream, and is bordered by the town of Tata. It is the largest area of standing water in the district, and has an average depth of 2.3 m when full. Following temporary drainage for fish-farming, shallow water pools and inlets cover large areas. Human activities include boating and angling.
