Long-tailed Tit (Aegithalos caudatus)

14 cm. The Long-tailed Tit has a small body and a conspicuously long, 9cm tail. It has pinkish-white underside and dark upperside. Its head has broad, dark eyestripe that reaches its nape. Ear coverts are white and darkly streaked. The Long-tailed Tit has white crown and white throat. Its wings are blackish with pale lines and its dark tail has white outer feathers.

Habitat

Breeds along deciduous woodland fringes, in scrub, hedgerows, parks and in other bushy places.
