Saker (Falco cherrug)

47-55 cm. Very large falcon, with brown plumage: back, wings, and tail are brown, head is paler with a narrow moustache, belly pale, but becomes darker down. Legs yellow (adult), or bluish (juvenile).

Habitat

Scarce breeder in Hungary, fortunately in increasing number. Nowadays there are about 150 pairs, mainly on lowlands.
